Waterfrontlaw focuses on riparian rights, community water access and real estate litigation.  It is a part of Baylaw, LLC, whose principals are J. Dirk Schwenk and Jeff R. Vogel.  Prior to forming Baylaw, LLC, Mr. Schwenk was a founding member of Lochner and Schwenk, LLC.   Since separating from that firm, Mr. Schwenk focuses on real property and riparian rights, vessel tax and transfer and complex civil litigation.  Mr. Vogel's primary practice includes admiralty, maritime and coastal law including offshore yacht transactions, boat tax issues, coastal construction, riparian rights, personal injury, wrongful death and complex marine insurance litigation.
